Terms of Service

You represent and warrant that: (a) you are at least 18 years old; (b) you have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts; (c) you are a resident of the United States; (d) you are the lawful holder of any brokerage account you connect to the Service; and (e) using the Service does not violate any law, regulation, or contract that applies to you.

The Operator is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, financial planner, or fiduciary. The Service does not provide personalized investment advice, recommendations, or tax, legal, or accounting advice. Any output produced by the Service — including signals, scoring, suggested trades, and automated order placement — is generated by experimental, unaudited software for informational and personal-research purposes only. You alone are responsible for every investment decision and trade executed in your account, whether placed manually or automatically.

You voluntarily authorize the Service to log into your Robinhood (or other connected) brokerage account using credentials you provide and to place, modify, or cancel orders on your behalf. You acknowledge and agree that:

• Trading involves substantial risk of loss. Options trading is speculative and may result in loss of all funds in your account, and in some cases more than your initial investment.
• The Service's strategies are experimental; their published or implied historical performance is not indicative of future results.
• Bugs, network failures, brokerage outages, market volatility, regulatory changes, pattern-day-trader (PDT) restrictions, margin calls, exchange halts, and adverse executions can and will cause losses, including total loss of capital.
• You assume all such risks. The Operator has no obligation to reimburse you for any loss, missed gain, or other adverse outcome.

The Service stores broker credentials (including username, password, and any two-factor secrets you supply) encrypted at rest using industry-standard symmetric encryption. You acknowledge that:

• No security system is perfect. Credentials and personal data may be exposed by hardware failure, software bug, malicious attack, insider error, or any other vector. The Operator does not guarantee that your data will never be accessed without authorization.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your account password, your brokerage password, your two-factor secrets, and the device you sign in from secure. You must notify the Operator immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• You will not share your account or your brokerage credentials with any third party, and you will not use anyone else's credentials to access the Service.

The Service is provided strictly "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. The Operator expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, security, profitability, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. No oral or written information obtained from the Operator will create any warranty not expressly stated herein.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will the Operator, his successors, agents, or affiliates be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to:

• any trading activity, gains, losses, missed opportunities, tax consequences, margin calls, PDT violations, or fees;
• any loss of money, securities, account access, account assets, business, profits, goodwill, or data;
• any unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions, data, brokerage account, or stored credentials, including by hacking, phishing, malware, brute force, social engineering, or any other malicious or accidental means;
• any service interruption, downtime, latency, error, bug, defect, data corruption, or failure of the Service or any third-party service (including but not limited to Robinhood, Supabase, Cloudflare, and the public internet);
• any virus, worm, ransomware, or other code that may be transmitted to or through the Service;
• any acts or omissions of the Operator, the Service, or any third-party service the Operator integrates with;
• any failure to comply with applicable laws or regulations attributable to your use of the Service;
• any conduct or content of any user of the Service.

This limitation applies whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other basis, even if the Operator has been advised of the possibility of such damages, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose. The Operator's total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will not exceed one hundred United States dollars (USD $100)or the total amount you have paid the Operator in the 12 months preceding the claim, whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for certain damages; in such jurisdictions, the Operator's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Operator, his successors, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, debts, and expenses (including but not limited to reasonable attorney's fees) arising from: (a) your use of and access to the Service; (b) your violation of any term of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, contract, or privacy right; (d) any claim that your account, credentials, or trades caused damage to a third party; (e) any claim arising from your trading activity.

The Operator may suspend, throttle, pause trading on, or terminate your account at any time, for any or no reason, with or without notice, including but not limited to suspected security compromise, suspected fraud, regulatory request, or operator discretion. You may stop using the Service at any time. On termination, the Service may retain encrypted credential data for up to 90 days to comply with legal or regulatory obligations and may then delete it.

Use of the Service is subject to the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

The Operator may update these Terms from time to time. The version identifier above will change when material updates are made. Continued use of the Service after a material update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Existing users may be prompted to re-acknowledge.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively by binding individual arbitration in the state in which the Operator resides, governed by the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to participate in any class action or class arbitration.If individual arbitration is held unenforceable, the dispute shall be brought solely in the state or federal courts located in the Operator's state of residence, and you consent to personal jurisdiction therein.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the Operator resides, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. These Terms together with the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and the Operator regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements.

By creating an account on the Service, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, understand them, and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, you must not create an account and must not use the Service.
